We are a Women's Physical Therapy Concierge Service that  provides care to the Palm Beach County region. Exhale Spine & Pelvic Wellness was developed to provide optimal care to post partum women, and peri / post menopausal women suffering from spine and / or pelvic dysfunction, as well as, orthopedic impairments that may develop during these tranisitional periods. These women may also be suffering from urinary symptoms, colorectal symptoms, and pain. Through the use of advanced treatment approaches, your practitioner will improve healing, decrease pain, address bowel and bladder symptoms, and restore efficient movement and comfort with the use of modalities, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. This is accomplished through proven hands-on techniques, one-on-one therapy, and individualized treatment plans designed for each person.
